Online Booking Update
Launching next week! New system to book appointments!
This new system will allow you to see and have access to your intake forms, all of your appointments, easier control of your optional subscriptions / notifications, and then some. You will be able to connect family members and easily make appointments for them. If you purchase a package, you can absolutely share with whoever you have connected. Choose your add-ons when you book (a little box will show up, letting you choose however many / whatever cupping, hot stones, etc. that you would like that session).
My goal was to streamline everything for all. Smoother booking process for you, all your forms and notes instantly connected to you, and easily accessed by you if you need them. The ONLY downside (in my eyes, and we’re still going to do it) is account creation. I know a lot of people aren’t bothered by it, but I do have a pretty big hang up over it. Clearly not a big enough one, if that is what we are going to go with regardless. It’s a worthwhile trade for all the extras and easy processes to follow.
Okay, so what exactly is changing??? Just the online booking appearance, function (easier). If you already have an appointment or more on the schedule, you will receive a Welcome email, directing you to create your login / account stuff. Have fun with it, explore! Your reminders and notifications will be different. If you do not currently have an appointment on the schedule, you’ll need to set up a new account when you’re ready to schedule. You will be able to do that by clicking the “Book a Massage” button on the website.
You will also get the option to save your login information (not on a shared device / public computer), and then you won’t have to log in again, and will have an option to download your client facing app.
Be sure to go into your notification settings once you create your account and toggle your preferences on or off for each type of notification. You will control that, not me.
What is NOT changing??? Nothing else. You’ll still go to the website and click the book a massage button initially. If you have reward points, they will be there waiting for you (the app will make it easier to see how many points you have and what “rewards” you can redeem). All of your intake forms will be there. *If you don’t have an appointment on the schedule, when you create your account, it will technically be a duplicate, but do NOT worry! I will see it and merge it with your profile that I already transferred over - so if you create an account and don’t instantly see all of your stuff, give me a few, lol)
Hopefully this works better. If not, we’re kinda stuck for a while. I think it will be totally fine, and actually easier for everyone. I am in the process of onboarding, and it should be ready to launch to everyone else mid-week. My current set up is draining on me and takes a ton of time transferring mandatory intake forms and session notes (via HIPAA safe softwares) to your profiles. *I have three different software set ups that I currently use to create the system that I needed. Yes - I am super aware of how overdone my set up was (and costly!).
