About Jamie

Hi there! I’m Jamie, a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017 with a focus on prenatal and gentle, therapeutic massage that helps you feel comfortable and at ease in your body. My goal is to create a relaxed, inclusive space where everyone can feel at home—no judgment here, just support and good vibes. I want you to feel free to share what you need, and don’t worry about speaking up (I promise it won’t offend me!). Above all, remember that you’re not broken.

I’m also a bit of a nerd (and I own it!). I graduated with honors from Wellspring School of Allied Health, where I earned the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. I stay curious and keep learning to make sure my clients get the best care possible.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me with my hands in the garden, growing food, or out hiking with my family. I’m a big believer in connecting with nature for a healthier, more balanced life. Thanks for stopping by, and I look forward to working with you!
