Whether it's migraines, fibromyalgia, stress, a prickly nervous system, or the week (or year) was rough - that's fine. If something's complex or you're working with a provider already, I'm glad to coordinate directly with them.
Prenatal clients are welcome at any trimester, same approach, adapted for pregnancy - a doctor's note isn't required for most prenatal clients.
