Massage Appointments
Therapeutic Massage
Your therapeutic massage will vary (depending on your goals). Whether your goal is migraine frequency reduction, chronic pain management, reducing the effects of stress or muscle guarding, needing help calming down your nervous system, or maybe you don't know what it's called. That's okay! Just pick the duration / length of time you want to spend working towards your outcome, and we will collaborate together for the rest.
