New System Is Up!

After a couple weeks of onboarding, and being shown all the particulars, I got the green light and they turned me loose / flipped the switch to ON.

Instantaneously.. like a moth to a flame.. I messed stuff up 🤣🤣🤣. Someone ended up with extra notifications (I apologize!) Other than that, my “test all the things on” bestie jumped on from her end and and immediately started booking her appointments. Even though you have to create an account, and we (me and my #lifewife) both do NOT like having to create accounts, this got the approval! It was quicker for her to create the account and book her appointments combined, than it was when she booked on the old system (no shade to Square Appointments - it’s solid and super functional - I just needed a smidgie more razzle dazzle).

**Adding in that everyone needs a lifewife! A bestie that does not hesitate to let you know when you’re messing up, or something is a really really…REALLY bad idea. (Or they turn into the Kermit meme where he is all “DO IT”) It's a two way street though. A moving through life team. I appreciatehow much she puts up with my brain's random shenanigans, and my husband appreciates that I’m not word barfing to him 24/7.

Okay, back on track. New system is approved, and up / functioning. IF you have any issues, let me know so I can trouble shoot it and we can walk through it together. I absolutely don't mind doing a call so we can both figure out whatever the issue was / is. There is a web app and an actual app-app available.

What is new:

  • Everyone has “Reward” points now. Redeem as you see fit.

  • You can add your family member(s). (Or your bestie lifewife) I know this will be helpful to those of you who schedule for your parents! No separate login or phone number needed.

  • Booking takes a fraction of the time (once you have created your account)

  • You’ll now have easy access to all of your forms, documentation, client centered handouts (like directions to contrast therapy, or maybe you asked for custom movement suggestions - those will all be added to your profile), and session notes /SOAP notes.

  • Choose your “add-ons” when you book. (Add cupping and or hot stones)

What's not changing:

  • Payment processing and set up is staying the same.

  • No prepayment

  • No credit card required

  • Still no charge to add cupping and or hot stones to your session.

  • And at this point, still no charges for late cancels / rescheduling- that’s working really well for everyone.

And I totally forgot to mention that the updated system we are using is called Wellnessliving. (In case that matters to you ☺️).

So go explore! Push buttons. She what it does, etc. If you feel a document is missing, let me know. I’m still adding the TONS of notes and intake forms to everyone's designated spots, so it may take a bit.
